As former classroom teachers, we know the importance of support. That's why we ensure that every MasterTrack user and school always has a coach they can reach out to for help. Our coaches meet routinely with educators to analyze data, set goals, and identify helpful Resources.
Sustained learning recovery, however, often requires longer term, more in-depth support - particularly in the early stages. Our Professional Development packages ensure sustained success for our MasterTrack teachers and schools.
Individual MasterTrack teachers can always turn to a teacher coach for support. Our teacher coaches help teachers analyze data, set goals, identify resources, and structure their class wide intervention work so that it directly supports upcoming grade level work.
Schools that use MasterTrack school wide are also provided with a leadership coach. Our leadership coaches help school leaders analyze data to identify school wide trends and set goals.
